Is this a private rental or a shared tour?

This enquiry is for a private vehicle with a driver for your own family or group. It is not a per-person ticket for a shared bus tour. A guide or special pandal entry is not automatically included.

Do I need to choose a vehicle?

No. Share your group size and we’ll recommend a suitable option. Vehicle category, seating configuration and the actual assignment are confirmed separately on WhatsApp.

How does the overnight slot work?

The selected date is your pickup date. For example, a night slot starting at 8 PM on 21 October finishes at 4 AM on 22 October. Both dates are included in your enquiry message.

What will my quote include?

We’ll clarify the vehicle, fare basis, inclusions, pickup arrangements, and any applicable parking, tolls, night charges or extra-hour charges before you confirm. No fixed rental price is promised by submitting this form.

Does sending the form reserve a vehicle?

No. The form prepares a quote enquiry. You must tap Send in WhatsApp, and then agree the vehicle, fare and booking steps with our team. A website enquiry reference is not a booking confirmation.

When do enquiries close?

Each slot closes to new enquiries 2 hours before pickup: 7 AM for the day slot and 6 PM for the night slot. The final night slot on 21 October therefore closes at 6 PM IST. All times are Kolkata time.

What if my plans change after booking?

Please review our Cancellation, Refund & Travel Credit Policy before confirming. The applicable terms depend on the timing of your cancellation and your booking.
