Book early with confidence: cancel 15 days or more before pickup for a full refund. Later cancellations notified before pickup can receive 100% Travel Credit, valid for 6 months from cancellation. Do you publish the complete route online?
No. This page explains journey styles and planning factors. Exact stop order, departure windows, and halt pattern are prepared privately after enquiry.
Can the trip combine pilgrimage, leisure, and family visits?
It can when the places follow a practical direction and the duration allows useful time for each priority.
Can the route change after the first discussion?
Yes. The first plan is a feasibility discussion and can be refined around your priorities, current conditions, and confirmed travel details.
Are hotels and entry tickets included?
Hotels, tickets, guides, and other services are included only when specifically stated. The core enquiry begins with the vehicle and route requirement.
What affects the quotation?
Route, dates, days, vehicle, kilometres, toll, parking, permits where applicable, driver allowance, overnight duty, and pickup or return arrangement can affect the quote.
What if my plans change after I book?
You have options. Cancel 15 days or more before scheduled pickup for a full refund with no deduction, or choose 100% Travel Credit.
For cancellations closer to your journey:
- 7 days to less than 15 days: refund after a ₹500 Booking & Service Fee, or 100% Travel Credit.
- 24 hours to less than 7 days: refund after a ₹1,000 Booking & Service Fee, or 100% Travel Credit.
- Less than 24 hours, with notice before scheduled pickup: no cash refund, but 100% Travel Credit.
Cash deductions never exceed the amount paid. For example, a ₹800 payment and a ₹1,000 applicable deduction means no cash refund, but you can choose ₹800 Travel Credit.
Travel Credit is valid for 6 months from cancellation. It is adjusted against the final balance of a future booking, with a fresh advance paid separately to confirm that booking.
Please notify us before scheduled pickup. A no-show without prior cancellation notice does not qualify for a refund or new Travel Credit for the missed booking.
What happens if M R Tour & Travels has to cancel my confirmed booking?
Your confirmed booking is a commitment we take seriously.
If an unexpected operational problem arises, we first try to offer a suitable vehicle of the same or a higher category, meeting your agreed requirements, without increasing your agreed booking price. Any alternative will be discussed with you.
If we cannot fulfil your booking and have to cancel, choose a full refund of the money paid for that booking, with no deduction—including any Booking & Service Fee—or 100% Travel Credit valid for 6 months.
The choice is yours. You will not be required to accept Travel Credit instead of a refund. Any previously issued Travel Credit allocated to this booking remains credit and is handled separately under the policy.
How do I use my Travel Credit on my next booking?
Your Travel Credit reduces the final balance of a future M R Tour & Travels journey. To confirm the new vehicle and travel date, pay the normal booking advance separately.
For example, if your new journey costs ₹8,000, your fresh advance is ₹2,000 and you have ₹3,000 Travel Credit, your final cash payment is ₹3,000.
The credit adjusted cannot exceed your remaining final balance. Any unused credit stays available until its original expiry date. Availability and the fare for the new journey apply.
Travel Credit is valid for 6 months from the cancellation that created it. It cannot replace the fresh advance or be exchanged for cash. Rebooking or cancelling again does not extend its original validity. Fresh payments for a later booking follow that booking's cancellation policy.
