Choosing the right MR Tour enquiry path

What is the difference between an outstation drop and a round trip?

Choose a drop when the passenger journey ends at the destination. Choose a round trip when the vehicle should remain part of the journey and bring you back.

Should I choose multi-day Kolkata or a custom multi-destination tour?

Choose multi-day Kolkata when the sightseeing remains within Kolkata. Choose custom multi-destination when the journey connects two or more outstation places or overnight stops.

Which path is suitable for a Shakti Peeth journey?

Use the Shakti Peeth path when family-priority temples and pilgrimage pacing define the journey. Use custom multi-destination when the trip mixes pilgrimage with several unrelated travel priorities.

When should I choose Pan-India duty?

Choose it for longer interstate passenger travel beginning in Kolkata, especially continuing multi-day, group, or corporate duty requiring feasibility review.

Can I change the trip type after submitting?

Yes. The first enquiry starts the discussion. If the vehicle duty is better represented by another path, we can clarify it before quotation.

What if my plans change after I book?

You have options. Cancel 15 days or more before scheduled pickup for a full refund with no deduction, or choose 100% Travel Credit.

For cancellations closer to your journey:

7 days to less than 15 days: refund after a ₹500 Booking & Service Fee, or 100% Travel Credit.
24 hours to less than 7 days: refund after a ₹1,000 Booking & Service Fee, or 100% Travel Credit.
Less than 24 hours, with notice before scheduled pickup: no cash refund, but 100% Travel Credit.

Cash deductions never exceed the amount paid. For example, a ₹800 payment and a ₹1,000 applicable deduction means no cash refund, but you can choose ₹800 Travel Credit.

Travel Credit is valid for 6 months from cancellation. It is adjusted against the final balance of a future booking, with a fresh advance paid separately to confirm that booking.

Please notify us before scheduled pickup. A no-show without prior cancellation notice does not qualify for a refund or new Travel Credit for the missed booking.

What happens if M R Tour & Travels has to cancel my confirmed booking?

Your confirmed booking is a commitment we take seriously.

If an unexpected operational problem arises, we first try to offer a suitable vehicle of the same or a higher category, meeting your agreed requirements, without increasing your agreed booking price. Any alternative will be discussed with you.

If we cannot fulfil your booking and have to cancel, choose a full refund of the money paid for that booking, with no deduction—including any Booking & Service Fee—or 100% Travel Credit valid for 6 months.

The choice is yours. You will not be required to accept Travel Credit instead of a refund. Any previously issued Travel Credit allocated to this booking remains credit and is handled separately under the policy.

How do I use my Travel Credit on my next booking?

Your Travel Credit reduces the final balance of a future M R Tour & Travels journey. To confirm the new vehicle and travel date, pay the normal booking advance separately.

For example, if your new journey costs ₹8,000, your fresh advance is ₹2,000 and you have ₹3,000 Travel Credit, your final cash payment is ₹3,000.

The credit adjusted cannot exceed your remaining final balance. Any unused credit stays available until its original expiry date. Availability and the fare for the new journey apply.

Travel Credit is valid for 6 months from the cancellation that created it. It cannot replace the fresh advance or be exchanged for cash. Rebooking or cancelling again does not extend its original validity. Fresh payments for a later booking follow that booking's cancellation policy.
